Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I want a Coach (especially if I already have a sports coach)?
Great question…
No one needs a coach. The question is, do you want one?
It’s normal to have hesitation before you work with me; in fact, I encourage it. However, if you look at every great athlete, executive, or anyone who achieved great things, you will almost certainly find a coach who believed in them, pushed them, and held them accountable to being their very best. Working with me means you have to push your own boundaries of what’s possible for yourself. I help my clients get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable because the truth is we can achieve more than we believe we can.
Athletes have coaches for their physical performance, but the physical is only one part. We also have a mind that functions beyond the physical realm. Our mind requires love and attention as well. This is where we harness the power of courage, perseverance, grit, strength, resolve, acceptance and love. Getting the mind right is a practice in and of itself. And when the mind is right, the body follows. It enters the flow/zone and it performs.
In fact, I believe in this process so much that I have my own coach/hypnotist. I love having someone who believes in me and who helps me exercise my own “edge work.”
I continue my education and live by my own agreements. We are all constantly growing, whether we want to or not, so we might as well do it our own way. Having my own coach/hypnotist is part of my professional development and it has changed my life. It’s not that I need my coach; I want my coach.
Who do I work with?
I work with hardworking, motivated, altruistic clients who want to turn dreams into actions. My clients have goals they want to achieve. They are fully committed to the process, and eager to stretch themselves.
I work with Athletes, Professionals, Students, Moms, Dads, Coaches, Teachers, CEOs, Managers, Actors, Musicians, Artists, Performers, Doctors, Attorneys, Politicians and more.
Does Hypnosis help with physical pain?
Everyone experiences physical pain at some point in life. Pain is a human experience, and it serves an important purpose. However, in some situations, physical pain can feel debilitating.
With hypnosis, breathing, mindfulness and visualization, I help my clients increase comfort and feel their best. When we feel our best, good things happen.
In some cases, a medical referral/notice of hypnotherapy services may be required for issues of pain management and other medical related issues.
